Scope of Business / Function – Key Areas of Expertise / Responsibilities
1. 全面負責車房的質(zhì)量管理工作.
Responsible for the overall quality management of the Rx Lab.
2. 主導萬新車房產(chǎn)品進入市場前的技術(shù)、合規(guī)確認。根據(jù)依視路工程項目要求及目標，主導對萬新公
司車房產(chǎn)品進行階段性的驗證與確認
Lead the product release/market release to Wanxin products launched in Gr. China market. .
Lead Wanxin network products validation to support Engineering projects.
3. 主導萬新車房質(zhì)量管理體系的部署及監(jiān)督其執(zhí)行；
Lead Wanxin Rx lab quality management system deployment and monitoring its effectiveness.
4. 確保適當?shù)馁Y源和流程以滿足日常質(zhì)量檢驗工作的開展。Ensure appropriate resources and
processes are in place to for the day-to-day quality inspection work.
5. 5M1E 變更管理驗證與確認
Lead 5M1E change validation
6. 主導車房測量監(jiān)視設備的內(nèi)外校
Lead Rx measurement system internal-external calibration.
7. 推動質(zhì)量異常，不合格產(chǎn)品的處置與改善
Quality issues/NCs handling and corrective action planning and deployment.
8. 測量系統(tǒng)及測試方法的總體管理，含測試技術(shù)，人員能力培訓，設備狀態(tài)等
Test method management
9. 客訴處理
Customer complaint handling
10. 完成職能負責人安排的其它工作

Complete other work assigned by the team leader.

任職資格
Qualifications
經(jīng)驗
Experience ? 具 5 年以上質(zhì)量管理工作經(jīng)驗
Above 5 years of quality management experience in industry
? 熟悉鏡片生產(chǎn)制造流程優(yōu)先
Being familiar with the optical lens manufacturing process is a plus
? 良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力及分析能力
Good communication/coordinate and data analytical capability
? 理工類學歷專業(yè)背景
Engineering professional background
? 熟悉鏡片的相關(guān)國際國家及行業(yè)標準及法規(guī)者優(yōu)先:ISO /GB/QB/ANSI
Be familiar with related ISO/GB/QB/ANSI standards of lens industry and
regulatory is preferred

技能
Skills
1. With good oral and written English skill, Chinese is a must
具備良好的英語聽說讀寫技能.中文是基本要求.
2. Team management/Open mind / creative / Good communication skill
團隊管理經(jīng)驗，思維開闊,有創(chuàng)造力.良好的溝通技能
3. Rich and systematical experience on Quality theories and 5 tools.
熟悉質(zhì)量理論與 5 大工具
4. National quality engineer certification/6 sigma black belt /reliability
engineer certification is preferable.
國家注冊質(zhì)量工程師/6 西格瑪黑帶/注冊可靠性工程師優(yōu)先
5. Project Management experience is preferred
