DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES/任務和職責
1.Establish and implement category sourcing strategies for standard fasteners, MRO and specific items with focus on the flexibility of cost optimization, quality, delivery, service and supply chain.
制定并實施標準件和清單類項目的采購戰(zhàn)略,重點是優(yōu)化成本、質量、交付、服務和供應鏈的靈活性。
2.Collect and analyze supply market data on raw materials and standard parts for cost management and potential cost savings forecast.
收集與分析原材料和標準件的供應市場數(shù)據(jù),利用數(shù)據(jù)進行成本管理并預測潛在的成本節(jié)約。
3.Establish and lead sourcing strategy for negotiations with suppliers and sign purchasing framework agreement.
制定并主導與供應商進行商務談判的采購策略,簽訂采購框架協(xié)議。
4.In charge of quotations, negotiations and cost analysis independently according to project requirements to ensure the cost is competitive.
根據(jù)項目要求,獨立完成詢價、議價、成本分析,確保提供有競爭力的成本。
5.Work closely with technical department to identify product information quickly and accurately to avoid potential risks.
與技術部門緊密合作,快速準確識別產品信息,避免潛在的供應風險。
6.Work closely with quality department to lead supplier development, cooperate with new supplier introduction and assist on quality issues solving.
與質量部門密切合作,領導供應商開發(fā)、配合完成供應商納入,并協(xié)助處理供應質量問題。
7.Adapt to travel. Visit suppliers regularly and complete the visit report.
能適應出差,定期拜訪供應商,完成拜訪報告。
8.Other tasks assigned by the superior.

PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS/個人能力描述
1.College degree or Above. Major in engineering or technical related is preferred. Experience in Fastener supplier development is preferred.
專科或以上學歷,工程、技術相關專業(yè)優(yōu)先。至少三年以上供應商開發(fā)工作經驗,有標準件開發(fā)經驗者優(yōu)先。
2.Knowledge of standard fasteners, MRO supply market and experience in related products development is preferred.
熟悉標準件供應資源分布,了解市場價格水平,有成熟的標準件供應商資源。能夠閱讀技術圖紙,擁有獨立開發(fā)新產品的能力。
3.Familiar with the standard parts manufacturing process, e.g. cold forging, machining, stamping, heat treatment and surface treatment are preferred.
熟悉標準件制造流程,對冷鐓,機加工,沖壓,熱處理,表面處理等有經驗者優(yōu)先
4.Familiar with standard parts standards, e.g. DIN, GB, ISO, AISI, JIS, etc.
熟悉標準件標準,如DIN,GB,ISO,AISI,JIS等
5.Proficient in Microsoft software, specializing in the use of Excel to handle complex data.
熟練運用各類辦公軟件,擅長利用Excel對復雜數(shù)據(jù)進行分類整理,有ERP操作經驗。
6.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
具備較強的分析問題和解決問題的能力。
7.Team player and leadership skills.
具備團隊合作力及一定的領導能力。
