生產(chǎn)品質(zhì)管理質(zhì)量橡膠和塑料制品
主要職責(zé)和活動(dòng)Key Accountabilities
1.半成品巡檢員工作分配與協(xié)調(diào)、工作質(zhì)量的監(jiān)督與考核、技能的指導(dǎo)與培訓(xùn)Coordinate and distribute the jobs of the semi-finishing inspectors, supervision and check their job, train and improve the inspectors’ skill ability.
2.保持半成品工序使用的各種程序文件有效性,及時(shí)進(jìn)行修訂與評(píng)審Ensure the valid of the all semi-finish process documents, revise and review these documents in time
3.每天質(zhì)量例會(huì)反饋問題跟蹤與質(zhì)量問題解決Feedback the quality problems in daily quality meeting, trace and solve these problems in time.
4.負(fù)責(zé)半成品區(qū)域內(nèi)外部質(zhì)量審核及不斷改進(jìn)Responsible for the internal and external audit, and make a good continuous improvement.
5.開展及推動(dòng)半成品各項(xiàng)質(zhì)量改進(jìn)活動(dòng)Carry out and promote kinds of quality improvement activities in Semi-finishing work-shop.
6.協(xié)助崗位培訓(xùn)師制定培訓(xùn)材料和對(duì)這些崗位人員進(jìn)行培訓(xùn)Assist to the trainer make training material, and train these operators.
