Position Description
A successful candidate will assist project manager to look for potential suppliers information based on our client’s technical inquiry, assist in communication between suppliers and clients during project negotiation, and assist manager to coordinate multiple projects of various sizes through the entire project life cycle.
Responsibility
? Assist project manager in various steps of a typical project
? Learn as you work with the goal to be promoted to a project manager position within 1–2-year period
? Take responsibility in owning and leading project tasks
? Get familiarized with all related matters of project management and acquire knowledge on suppliers’ company information, project information, and characteristics
? Assist project manager with communication between vendors, partners and clients
? Assist project manager with preparation for various technical and commercial meetings
? Assist in preparing the project schedule and all required project planning documents
? Assist in drafting/modifying technical offer and commercial offer with supplier for project bidding
? Assist to prepare different project bidding documents
? Assist project manager in coordinating related project personnel during project life cycle
Basic Requirement
? Willingness to work independently and own project tasks
? Undergraduate degree (English Major)
? Proficient in English (written and spoken). ENGLISH LEVEL 8 is preferred
? Good problem-solving skills and logical thinking ability
? Knowledge or working experience in international trading would be an asset
? Strong commitment to professional client service excellence
? Excellent work ethic, team player, fast-learner and fast-adapter
? Good communication skills
? Familiar with Petrochemical industry and technical terminology is preferred
Other Requirement
? Familiar with Microsoft Windows operating system (knowledge of Mac OS X operating system would be an asset)
? Proficient in Microsoft Office in both English and Chinese Versions
? Resume needs to be written in both English and Chinese languages
