崗位內(nèi)容: 1.負責汽車廠物流運營管理，提供物流服務， 2.設計并實施運輸計劃，確保訂單準時配送， 3.實現(xiàn)物流成本的最小化，提高運營效率， 4.對物流團隊進行管理和培訓，提升團隊績效 任職要求: 1.具備較強的談判和溝通能力，與各類合作伙伴前后端溝通協(xié)調(diào)無壓力。 2.具備扎實的物流觀念，對速遞、倉儲、配送等流程有深刻理解。 3.具備出色的團隊管理能力，能夠有效推動團隊達成目標。 4.具備三年以上汽車廠行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先考慮。
