Propose cable designs based on available
production equipment, materials and processes.

Clarification of eventual deviations from
expressed requirements.

Present proposal in applicable format such
as cable design drawings and cost calculations.

Issue bill of materials and routing
options with work guidelines.

Review and approve designs, drawings and
work guidelines from other designers.

Review and revise existing designs when
required to meet new customer requirements or improve productivity.

Handle prototype production and evaluation
when cable design needs to be confirmed.

Order and follow up FAI （First article inspection）.

Order preparation including review of
master structure and master routing.
