Individual Counseling: Provide one-on-one counseling to address personal issues, such as anxiety, depression, peer relationships, family problems, and self-esteem.
? 危機(jī)干預(yù):應(yīng)對緊急情況,如欺凌、自殘或家庭危機(jī),提供立即的支持和向適當(dāng)服務(wù)的轉(zhuǎn)介。
Crisis Intervention: Respond to emergencies, such as bullying, self-harm, or family crises, by providing immediate support and referrals to appropriate services.
學(xué)術(shù)支持 Academic Support
? 學(xué)術(shù)規(guī)劃:協(xié)助學(xué)生培養(yǎng)有效的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣、時間管理技巧和組織策略。
Academic Planning: Assist students in developing effective study habits, time management skills, and organizational strategies.

崗位要求 Job Requirements:
1. 咨詢、心理或相關(guān)專業(yè)的大學(xué)本科學(xué)歷;
2. 具有與初中學(xué)段學(xué)生共事的心理咨詢工作經(jīng)驗(yàn);
3. 良好的溝通技巧,靈活應(yīng)變;
4. 對于工作懷有熱情、精力充沛、具有創(chuàng)新能力并用于承擔(dān)風(fēng)險;

YK Pao School is a pioneering international Chinese school. The school is a non-profit private institution founded in 2007, in memory of shipping magnate Sir Yue-Kong Pao, the renowned Chinese businessman, statesman and philanthropist. With over 1200 students from China and overseas, the school offers a unique Year 1-12 educational programme that integrates elements of Shanghai and international curricula, culminating with the IGCSE and IB Diploma programmes, both of which are complemented by core components of the Shanghai curriculum.
Pao School’s innovative Chinese-English immersion bilingual programme nurtures the whole person - the entire emotional, social, physical, and intellectual being – and prepares students to become engaged and responsible global citizens of the 21st century.
Pao School is divided into Primary, Middle and High School. Primary School (Years 1-5) is a day school located in Shanghai’s city centre, while the Middle School (Years 6-8) and the High School (Years 9-12) are located on the new Hongqiao campus and in Shanghai’s Songjiang District offering UK/US style boarding education as well as catering to day students.
