Shift start from 7am to 4 pm. Responsibilities 1、HR System Transaction and Process Admin support. 2、Respond to incoming telephone calls for customer requests. 3、Troubleshoot, document, escalate, and manage trouble resolution. 4、Proactively notify customers and internal personnel on status of critical tickets. 5、Provide and manage all customer maintenance communication.
Qualifications & Experience 1、Native English is mandatory. 2、Excellent customer service and strong telephone communication skills. 3、Strong process orientation and analytical and deductive reasoning skills. 4、Working knowledge of HR System is a plus
