1. 五年以上機(jī)械組裝工藝開發(fā)及管理相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)(具有氣囊組裝經(jīng)驗(yàn)的優(yōu)先)；Over 5 years in mechanical assembly manufacturing relevant industry for process development and management (Airbag assembly process experiences are preferred).
2. 有較強(qiáng)的機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)和電氣自動化應(yīng)用經(jīng)驗(yàn)（具有機(jī)械手/自動化組裝設(shè)備經(jīng)驗(yàn)的優(yōu)先）（Strong mechanical design and electric control automation application experience (Robot technology experience or other automation application experiences are preferred).
3. 有較強(qiáng)的問題分析、項(xiàng)目管理和團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)調(diào)能力；Strong ability of problem analysis, projects management and coordination;
4. 能熟練運(yùn)用SPC, MSA, PFMEA等質(zhì)量管理工具；Good at tools of quality management such as SPC,MSA, PFMEA,
5. 有日語或韓語語言背景的優(yōu)先。
崗位職責(zé)：
1. 新工藝自動化流程及設(shè)備的開發(fā)，能在滿足產(chǎn)品圖紙和工藝過程控制的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行設(shè)備自動化的改造和開發(fā)In charge of new process machine automation development and modification to meet product process manufacturing and quality control.
2. 與項(xiàng)目工藝工程師合作，參于LDWS的全過程，進(jìn)行新產(chǎn)線的自動化設(shè)計(jì)和規(guī)劃，提升新項(xiàng)目的產(chǎn)線自動化比率，To cooperate with project process engineers and production process engineers to do the LDWS and automation planning on new production lines’ plan to improve the new projects line automation level
3. 與生產(chǎn)工藝工程師合作，進(jìn)行現(xiàn)有產(chǎn)線的自動化改造，自動化升級改造方案的準(zhǔn)備和評估，提升工廠的整體自動化比率。To cooperate with production process engineers to do the production lines’ plan and Automation modification proposal prepare and assessment to improve the lines automation level .
4. 負(fù)責(zé)2，3 中新設(shè)計(jì)的自動化工位的設(shè)計(jì)、驗(yàn)收過程 To be responsible for above item 2,3 related automation stations design review and validation review.
5. 負(fù)責(zé)新自動化設(shè)備的設(shè)備標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的建立且為現(xiàn)有設(shè)備的升級改造提供技術(shù)支持。To be responsible for new developed automation machine standardization prepare and to provide technical support on current machine automation modifications.
6. 負(fù)責(zé)和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)與其他工藝成員關(guān)于新的自動化／半自動化設(shè)備概念的分析和評估，準(zhǔn)備生產(chǎn)線／設(shè)備規(guī)范準(zhǔn)備報(bào)價及與供應(yīng)商的技術(shù)交流，與IPU合作完成新設(shè)備的報(bào)價 In charge of the new automation /semi-automation machine concept/ideas review and assessment (with other IE team member) , to prepare the line/machine’s specification for the quotation and technical communication with suppliers, cooperate with IPU on the new machine /modification on quotation phase.
7. 負(fù)責(zé)新的自動化/半自動化改造后質(zhì)量/環(huán)保體系中與生產(chǎn)制造相關(guān)文件的制定、培訓(xùn)；例如，工位工藝流程圖，工位PFMEA等。In charge of the new developed or modified automatic /semi-automatic machine process documents preparation as plant quality system /occupational health System required and training to related person; Ex, process flow chart, P-FMEA, etc.
8. 管理設(shè)備供應(yīng)商，推動設(shè)備供應(yīng)商遵循制作標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。Communication and cooperation with machine supplier to manage machine automation concept development and machine building to meet machine specification and ALV standard;
9. 負(fù)責(zé)自動化項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度及工廠相關(guān)的成本管理Effective management of Automation modification project schedule and cost related to plant, and reporting to management.
10. 生產(chǎn)線有質(zhì)量風(fēng)險時,參與團(tuán)隊(duì)分析問題解決問題.Participate with team to analysis and solve the new automation stations’ problem when the new line have quality issue.
11. 完成部門制定的年度指標(biāo)Achieve the PD target of IE department.
12. 完成上級主管交辦的其他相關(guān)事宜。Finish other works assigned by leader
13. 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工作職責(zé)，領(lǐng)導(dǎo)組內(nèi)成員按時完成項(xiàng)目任務(wù) Standardize working responsibility , lead team member complete project task.
