Requirements · Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience. · 5 years of experience in program or technical project management. · Experience with IP transit/peering, dark fiber, colocation, optical transport, and cloud technologies and Telco industry processes. · Experience in telecommunications at carrier-class scale, with experience of optical networks, DWDM, IP and data services. · Experience presenting to executive audiences to represent projects from business, product and technical perspectives. · English can be used as a working language for smooth business communication with overseas colleagues and clients.
