- 主要是操作儀器進(jìn)行光譜化學(xué)成分檢測(cè)，F(xiàn)ARO三坐標(biāo)尺寸檢驗(yàn)，部件外觀檢驗(yàn), 金相分析等檢驗(yàn)工作。Inspection include Spectro test, dimension inspection, appearance inspection, microscope inspections etc. ?- 準(zhǔn)備QC 檢驗(yàn)報(bào)告給質(zhì)量經(jīng)理審閱。 Prepare QC report and send to qc manager for review.?- 協(xié)助質(zhì)量經(jīng)理建立檢驗(yàn)點(diǎn)計(jì)劃和檢驗(yàn)大綱。Assist QC manager to establish QC check list and quality standard?- 協(xié)助質(zhì)量經(jīng)理維護(hù)好國(guó)內(nèi)外常用的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)收集和更新。Assist QC manager to trace and maintain national & industrial product standards?- 協(xié)助采購(gòu)部門準(zhǔn)備test plan和處理質(zhì)量投訴并準(zhǔn)備不符合項(xiàng)質(zhì)量報(bào)告。Assist purchasing department to prepare test plan for inquiry and help on quality complaint and prepare NCR.?- 更新和維護(hù)質(zhì)量文件存檔。Update and maintain qc database?- 與客戶，與供應(yīng)商溝通關(guān)于質(zhì)量問(wèn)題事宜，并進(jìn)行跟蹤。Communicate with vendor and customer in following up with product quality issue.?- 與公司其他部門溝通與質(zhì)量有關(guān)事宜。Communicate with cross functional departments regarding quality related inquiries

- 主要的檢驗(yàn)工作是基于上海公司倉(cāng)庫(kù)內(nèi)產(chǎn)品檢驗(yàn)，但也會(huì)有出差到供應(yīng)商工廠短期質(zhì)檢工作。the main inspection will be based in PTS warehouse, but will also need to travel to suppliers workshop for short time inspection.
- 如有鑄件，機(jī)加工件，材料和尺寸檢驗(yàn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)和金相檢驗(yàn)或熱處理技術(shù)背景的優(yōu)先考慮。
- experiance with casting, carbon steel machining parts dimension and material inspection will be perferred.
