Job description:
Siemens Digital Industries (DI) is an innovation and technology leader in industrial automation and digitalization. This way, we bring together processes that previously ran separately into one continuous flow of data that covers the entire value chain, from shop floor to top floor, from sensors to the cloud. We provide customers with solutions to optimize their industrial operations to significantly reduce their resource usage and achieve net zero carbon.
We are now looking for a R&D Project Leader to join our project management office to develop and deliver of the motor products. The focus of the role will be on enabling the effective project management and support on the successful delivery of projects on time and under budget.
What are my responsibilities?
1. Full responsible for carrying out all the project activities e.g. planning, implementing, and supervising campaigns,
a. Initiate the project from business verification, define the Scope, Time, Cost and Quality target of project.
b. Plan the schedule, investment, budget, headcount, capacity, org. chart (needed resource plan), working package, define the project information communication.
c. Drive the product to fulfill the product cost target via project cost, material cost and production cost, incl. investment and tooling cost.
d. Drive the quality target through the DFMEA, DFM&DFT from design to production.
e. Support the product delivery, customer request and complain, material stability.
f. Manage the risks of project during the whole life cycle of product, identification, tracking and elimination.
g. Document the feature lists which are derived from requirement for future traceability and to enable easy verification of completeness.
h. Team member growth during project development.
2. Responsible for execution, delivery and reporting in line with the Siemens PLM processes.
3. Enlarging the achievements from projects, e.g., Patent, experience, and lessons.
4. Driving Siemens culture to the project team and be a model of standing for Siemens value.

c. 通過項目成本,材料成本和生產成本,包括投資和模具成本,推動產品完成產品成本目標。
d.通過DFMEA, DFM&DFT從設計到生產推動質量目標。
e. 支持產品交付,客戶要求和投訴,物料穩(wěn)定性。
f.對產品全生命周期的項目風險進行管理,識別、跟蹤、消除。
g.記錄從未來可追溯性需求中衍生出來的特性列表,以便于完整性的驗證。
h.項目開發(fā)過程中團隊成員的成長。
2. 根據西門子PLM流程負責執(zhí)行、交付和報告。
3. 擴大項目成果,如專利、經驗、教訓等。
4. 將西門子文化帶入項目團隊,成為代表西門子價值的典范。
What do I need to qualify for this job?
? Minimum bachelor’s degree, and you bring a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in project management roles, within a diverse organization
? Major in electronic engineering or automation technology
? PC development, Numerical controller, electronic product hardware or software development project management.
? Comprehensive knowledge of PLM, Lean and Agile, CRM and SCM knowledge is preferred.
? Work independently and have profound planning and organizational and multitasking skills as well as reliability and the ability to work successfully, using own initiative in a busy environment.
? Self-motivated, with an interest and ability to learn our technical products and a high degree of attention to detail.
? Proficient English, Strong communication, business writing, and presentation skills
? Knowledge of Microsoft-based applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
PC or automation industrial experience and German language are advantages.

? 熟練的英語,較強的溝通、商務寫作和表達能力
? 熟悉微軟應用軟件,特別是Excel, Word和PowerPoint
? 有筆記本、集成系統(tǒng)開發(fā)、自動化行業(yè)經驗
