崗位特征:
保時捷中心總經(jīng)理負(fù)責(zé)管理和指導(dǎo)所有業(yè)務(wù)運(yùn)營。根據(jù)所屬投資集團(tuán)的愿景和價值觀,建立起一個穩(wěn)固、穩(wěn)定和可持續(xù)發(fā)展的企業(yè)環(huán)境,確保盈利和發(fā)展達(dá)到最佳水平。負(fù)責(zé)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)整個保時捷中心實(shí)現(xiàn)所有既定目標(biāo),特別是銷售總量、市場份額/細(xì)分市場份額方面的目標(biāo)。
職責(zé)說明(職責(zé)的先后順序按照其重要程度進(jìn)行排列):
1. 依據(jù)保時捷中心的年度商業(yè)目標(biāo),制定年度保時捷中心戰(zhàn)略、績效目標(biāo)及運(yùn)營工作計劃
2. 依據(jù)年度、季度、月度運(yùn)營工作計劃,及時調(diào)整營銷策略
3. 制定和改進(jìn)保時捷中心內(nèi)部管理制度、業(yè)務(wù)流程等相關(guān)規(guī)定,監(jiān)督、落實(shí)流程和保時捷中心管理的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化,確保合規(guī)經(jīng)營
4. 依據(jù)保時捷中心各部門分解的績效目標(biāo),跟蹤、及時調(diào)整、考核績效,建立激勵機(jī)制,確保各部門達(dá)成績效考核
5. 依據(jù)保時捷中心各部門分解的績效目標(biāo),與各部門經(jīng)理一起制定其個人績效目標(biāo),跟蹤、及時調(diào)整、考核績效,確保各部門經(jīng)理達(dá)成績效考核
6. 依據(jù)保時捷中心年度商業(yè)目標(biāo)制定人員規(guī)劃,并跟蹤保時捷中心人員整體的能力發(fā)展?fàn)顩r
7. 建立、加強(qiáng)并維護(hù)保時捷中心各部門間及與保時捷中心第三方合作伙伴/保時捷中國的良好持續(xù)協(xié)作關(guān)系
8. 確保保時捷中心的工作環(huán)境及相關(guān)設(shè)備的良好運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),提高客戶滿意度及員工滿意度
Position Characteristics:
The General Manager is responsible for managing and guiding all the business operation of the Porsche Centre. S/he shall set up a steady, stable and sustainable business environment based on the Investor Group's vision and value to ensure an optimal profit and development. S/he is responsible for leading the Porsche Centre to achieve all targets, especially targets on sales volume and market share/segment market share.
Duty Description( Duties are arranged by importance):
1. Develop the business strategy, performance target and business plan for the Porsche Centre
2. Adjust the business strategy according to annual, quarterly and monthly business plan
3. Create and develop internal management system, business processes and other regulations within the Porsche Centre; monitor and execute the standardisation of process and management of the Porsche Centre; ensure the compliance of operation
4. Follow up, timely adjust and evaluate the business performance of each department according to the target breakdown; establish an incentive mechanism; make sure that each department achieves the targets
5. Set up targets with department managers according to the department target breakdown; follow up, timely adjust and evaluate the department managers' performance to ensure their achievement of targets
6. Develop workforce planning in line with the Porsche Centre Business Plan, and follow the overall competency development for Porsche Centre staff
7. Establish, reinforce and maintain a sound and sustainable collaborative relationship among departments of the Porsche Centre, as well as with the third party partner/Porsche China
8. Ensure a good working environment within the Porsche Centre and the ensure effective operation to enhance and maintain customer and employee satisfaction
任職資格:
教育背景:須具備相關(guān)領(lǐng)域大學(xué)本科學(xué)歷
行業(yè)背景:至少5年以上豪華汽車零售行業(yè)總經(jīng)理、執(zhí)行董事或類似職位的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
其他任職要求:
·候選人需掌握微軟Office軟件的操作方法,保時捷系統(tǒng)的操作方法除外
·熱愛本職工作,在工作中保持極高的敬業(yè)度及可靠性;
·能夠理解并發(fā)揚(yáng)保時捷的品牌理念、形象和特點(diǎn);
·有領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力及應(yīng)變能力;

Education:
University degree with relevant major required
Industry background:At least 5 years' working experiences as General Manager, Executive Director or similar position in luxury car retail industry Other qualifications:
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office software; Porsche systems not a must
·Passion for their work, maintain a high degree of professionalism and reliability in their work;
