Qualifications 1.Education: Bachelor’s degree or above，open to all majors. 2.Experience: -5+years in automotive sales, including 3+ years managing experiences in brand 4S dealerships or direct chain store，Japanese/South Korean brands/VW .or NEV brands preferrable. -Proven success in new market expansion or Re-purchase/Referral. -Cross-border team management or overseas work experience preferrable. 3.Skills: -Proficient in English (IELTS /TOEFL/TEM-8/ CET-6 or equivalent); Capable of working in full English environment; French as second language preferrable. -Deep knowledge of overseas automotive market and consumer behavior. –Proficient in systems and data analysis tools. 4.Attributes: --Excellent cross-cultural communication skills and resilience under pressure. -Willingness for overseas career development.
