Escalation and exceptions management 9. Provide analysis on commission, plan and incentive program effectiveness Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree in business management or equivalent 2. 3 years above of related experience in sales incentive or related process 3. Project management and quality improvement experience is preferred 4. Fluent Japanese and English communication skills 5. Skilled in Excel and PowerPoint 6. Priority management skills, flexibility, and can-do attitude 7. Ability to work under huge pressure, independently and with proactivity 8. Basic financial and business acumen, strong customer mindset 9. Data analysis skills
