崗位職責:
1、按照教學大綱,設計并實施適合初中生的英語課程。管理課堂紀律,確保良好的學習氛圍,適應不同水平學生的需求。
2、定期組織測試、口語練習和作業(yè)批改,評估學生英語能力進步情況。向學生和家長提供學習反饋,制定個性化提升建議。
3、鼓勵學生用英語表達,糾正發(fā)音和語法錯誤,培養(yǎng)英語思維習慣。
4、參與教研會議,與中教團隊共同優(yōu)化課程內容。配合學?;顒樱嵘龑W生英語應用能力。
1. Design and implement English courses suitable for junior high school students based on the curriculum outline. Manage classroom discipline, create a positive learning environment, and adjust teaching methods according to the needs of students at different proficiency levels.
2. Organise regular tests, oral practice sessions, and homework corrections to assess students' progress in English learning. Provide learning feedback to students and parents, and develop personalised improvement recommendations.
3. Encourage students to express themselves in English, correct pronunciation and grammar errors, and cultivate English thinking habits.
4. Participate in teaching research meetings and collaborate with the Chinese teaching team to optimise course content. Support school activities to enhance students' English application skills.
任職要求:??
1、來自英語母語國家(如美國、英國、加拿大、澳大利亞、新西蘭等);
2、本科及以上學歷,教育、英語或相關專業(yè)優(yōu)先;
3、持有TEFL/TESOL等國際英語教學證書;
4、發(fā)音標準,無嚴重口音;有中文溝通能力優(yōu)先;
5、有初中及以上或成人教學經驗者優(yōu)先;
6、性格開朗,善于調動課堂氣氛,能吸引青少年注意力;
7、理解中國學生的學習習慣,包容不同英語水平的學生。
1. Native English-speaking teachers from English-speaking countries (e.g., the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, etc.).
2. Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in education, English, or related fields.
3. Hold an international English teaching certificate (e.g., TEFL/TESOL).
4. Standard pronunciation with no noticeable accent; preference given to those with Chinese communication skills.
5. Prior experience teaching secondary school students or adults is preferred.
6. Outgoing personality, skilled at creating an interactive classroom atmosphere, and able to capture the attention of teenagers.
7.Understanding of Chinese students' learning habits and ability to adapt to students with varying levels of English proficiency.
