1. 對表面處理車間工藝及技術(shù)的總負責;
Overall responsibility for the processes and technologies in the surface treatment workshop;
2. 根據(jù)汽車行業(yè)IATF16949和CQI-11的標準要求,編寫PFMEA,CP,電鍍工藝,標準作業(yè)指導書等文件,建立電鍍工藝特殊過程的文件體系;
Develop documents such as PFMEA, Control Plans, plating process specifications, and Standard Operating Instructions in accordance with the automotive industry standards IATF 16949 and CQI-11, establishing the documentation system for the special process of plating;
3. 根據(jù)產(chǎn)品表面處理要求標準,開發(fā)新產(chǎn)品工藝,包括藥水等化學品選型,試制工藝和最終工藝的制定等;
Develop new product processes based on product surface treatment requirements standards, including the selection of chemicals such as plating solutions, and the formulation of trial and final processes;
4. 對生產(chǎn)過程進行監(jiān)控和優(yōu)化,每日通過打片,通過產(chǎn)品檢測結(jié)果驗證藥液狀態(tài),并根據(jù)打片結(jié)果支持生產(chǎn)改善藥液配比等;
Monitor and optimize the production process; daily, use test panels to verify the status of chemical solutions based on product test results, and support production in adjusting solution ratios based on the panel test outcomes;
5. 做好電鍍生產(chǎn)工藝和產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的持續(xù)改進工作,并根據(jù)產(chǎn)品品質(zhì)相關(guān)的數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計與分析,制定相應的技術(shù)改進措施,健全工藝規(guī)范,改善產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,降低生產(chǎn)成本;
Execute continuous improvement of the plating process and product quality; formulate corresponding technical improvement measures based on product quality data statistics and analysis, refine process specifications, improve product quality, and reduce production costs;
6. 按照汽車行業(yè)CQI-11的標準要求,建立相關(guān)文件,建立電鍍工藝特殊過程的文件體系;
Establish relevant documents and build the documentation system for the special process of plating according to the automotive industry CQI-11 standard requirements;
7. 根據(jù)內(nèi)審核和客戶審核的結(jié)果,負責生產(chǎn)過程中,涉及的工藝改善,操作指導的更新,及對應不符合項的關(guān)閉;
Based on internal and customer audit results, be responsible for process improvements in production, updating operating instructions, and closing corresponding non-conformities;
8. 負責生產(chǎn)過程中技術(shù)難題的解決,提供解決思路
Responsible for resolving technical challenges encountered during production and providing solution strategies;
9. 負責各鍍種添加劑、鈍化劑、封閉劑相關(guān)市場調(diào)研、應用;
Responsible for market research and application related to additives, passives, and sealers for various plating types;
10. 通過不斷開展工藝驗證試驗,優(yōu)化產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)工藝參數(shù);
Optimize product manufacturing process parameters through ongoing process validation trials
11. 參與新生產(chǎn)線的設(shè)計、設(shè)備布局,試產(chǎn)和正式投產(chǎn)工作
Participate in the design, equipment layout, trial production, and formal commissioning of new production lines;
12.可以接受其他的、臨時的、加急的及額外的合理工作委派。
Can accept other, temporary, urgent and additional reasonable assignments.
任職要求:
Professional Profile:
1.大專及以上學歷,電化學、金屬材料工程、應用化學、材料科學與工程等相關(guān)專業(yè);
Associate degree or above in Electrochemistry, Metal Materials Engineering, Applied Chemistry, Materials Science and Engineering, or related fields;
2.硬性要求: 具備5年及以上電鍍行業(yè)相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗,有汽車緊固件、電子元器件者優(yōu)先。
Mandatory: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the electroplating industry. Background in automotive fasteners, electronic components, or hardware/plumbing industries is preferred.
