Familiarity with various payloads such as BCL-XL payloads, Auristatins, TLR7 Payloads, Steroid payloads, TLR8 payloads, TLR7/8 payloads, Sting payloads, Durocarmyclin analogues, Camptothecin analogues, Adriamycin analogues, etc. Be familiar with various linkers and the reaction types used for ADC Payload-linker synthesis. c. Strong ability on the purification methods used for ADC Payload-linker purification. Strong trouble shooting ability on project: synthesis reactions, purification, characterization, etc. d.
