職位概述
a. Conduct experiments to explore the scope and limitations for development and optimization of ADC conjugation. Participate in analytical characterization for ADCs, such as DAR, residual free drug, aggregation level, endotoxin, etc. Skilled in literature searching about ADC;
b. Familiarity with various coupling technologies is preferred. Be familiar with at least one conventional random coupling (lysine or cysteine) or one site-specific coupling (including but not limited to unnatural amino acid, engineered cysteine, N-glycan remodeling, K-lock, C-lock, affinity labeling, Sortase A ligation, mTGase ligation, etc.);
c. Good experimental design and execution ability, able to independently complete complex biological or chemical experiments;
d. Support the daily work of the project leader and report the progress to the supervisor regularly.
任職條件
Bachelor degree in biology and major in Biological Engineering, Biotechnology or Biochemistry with more than 2 years of experience in Bioconjugation.
Or master's degree, with more than 1 year of experience in ADC coupling.
