工作內容:
1. 薪酬與績效管理
1)負責審核香港地區(qū)10家養(yǎng)老機構的月度薪酬發(fā)放,確保數據準確性與合規(guī)性(包括強積金、個稅扣除等);
2)統(tǒng)籌制定并優(yōu)化各機構年度績效方案,結合業(yè)務目標設計考核指標,推動績效結果落地應用;
3)定期分析薪酬與績效數據,為管理層提供決策支持。
2. 招聘與人才配置
1)協(xié)助各養(yǎng)老機構完成關鍵崗位(如護理、管理崗)的招聘需求分析、渠道拓展及面試評估;
2)主導中高層崗位的獵頭合作與人才背景調查。
3. 員工生命周期管理
1)審核各機構員工入轉調離流程,確保符合香港勞動法規(guī)及集團政策;
2)處理復雜勞動關系問題(如勞動爭議、離職談判),防范法律風險;
3)管理員工檔案,確保人事數據完整性與合規(guī)性。
4. 合規(guī)與福利保障
1)監(jiān)督香港強積金(MPF)的申報與繳納,協(xié)調財務部門完成個稅申報;
2)定期更新本地勞動法規(guī)政策,完善人力資源操作流程。
5. 跨機構協(xié)同支持
1)定期走訪養(yǎng)老機構,了解業(yè)務痛點并提供定制化HR解決方案;
2)推動企業(yè)文化落地,提升員工滿意度與組織效能。
Your Responsibilities
1. Compensation & Performance Management
1)Oversee monthly payroll processing for 10 elderly care institutions in Hong Kong, ensuring data accuracy and compliance (including MPF, tax deductions, etc.).
2)Develop and optimize the annual performance plans for each institution, design performance metrics aligned with business objectives, and drive the application of performance results.
3)Regularly analyze compensation and performance data to provide decision-making support for management.
2. Recruitment & Talent Allocation
1)Assist each aging care institution with recruitment needs analysis, channel development , and candidate assessments for key positions (such as nursing and management roles).
2)Lead headhunting partnerships and conduct background checks for mid-to-senior-level positions.
3. Employee Lifecycle Management
1)Review employee onboarding, transfer, promotion, and terminations at each institution to ensure compliance with Hong Kong labor laws and group policies.
2)Manage complex employee relations issues (such as employee disputes and exit negotiations) to mitigate legal risks.
3)Manage employee records to ensure the integrity and compliance of HR data.
4. Compliance & Benefits Administration
1)Supervise the reporting and payment of Hong Kong's Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) and coordinate with the finance department for tax filings.
2)Stay up to date on changes in local labor legislation and continuously refine HR procedures to maintain compliance.
5. Cross-Institutional Collaboration
1)Conduct regular site visits to understand operational issues and provide tailored HR solutions.
2)Promote corporate culture and enhance employee satisfaction and organizational effectiveness.
任職資格
教育背景:
本科及以上,人力資源、衛(wèi)生事業(yè)管理、心理學、社會保障等相關專業(yè)優(yōu)先;
持有香港人力資源相關認證(如HKIHRM)者優(yōu)先。
工作經驗:
5年以上人力資源全盤經驗,需具備養(yǎng)老、醫(yī)療護理、生活服務等行業(yè)背景;
熟悉香港勞動法、強積金條例及稅務申報流程,有處理復雜勞資糾紛的實戰(zhàn)經驗;
具備多機構(≥3家)HR統(tǒng)籌管理經驗者優(yōu)先。

What We’re Looking For
1、Bachelor's degree in HR/Public Administration; HKIHRM certification is an asset.
2、5+ years of HRBP experience in healthcare/elderly care, with expertise in Hong Kong's Employment Ordinance and Minimum Wage Ordinance is preferred.
3、Proficient in using Excel and HRIS systems, with the ability to identify business issues from data.
4、Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese, with strong written English skills for reviewing and drafting HR/legal documents.
