3.Carry out perfect shift hand over working. Timely report production anomalies, data anomalies, instrument failures, LIMS anomalies and other special issues.
組織好交接班工作，及時報告生產異常、數(shù)據(jù)異常、儀器故障、LIMS異常等特殊情況。
4.Implement OJT program for analysts.
組織實施實驗員在崗培訓計劃。
5.Be responsible for HSE management of the shift team. Carry out the investigation and rectification of HSE hazards.
負責班組安全管理工作，開展HSE隱患的排查與整改。
6.Know well about the status of the team members, coordinate and solve conflicts, motivate and guide team members to complete the work better.
了解掌握本班人員狀態(tài)，協(xié)調解決矛盾，激勵和指導本班人員更好的完成工作。
7.Carry out 5S work, improve 5S management level of team.
開展5S工作，提高班組5S管理水平。
8.Other tasks assigned by supervisors.
其它由上級主管安排的相關工作事項。
