What are my responsibilities?
  1. Responsible for three-phase asynchronous low voltage AC motor series electromagnetic platform design and simulation base on product requirement 根據產品要求負責三相異步低壓交流電機產品系列電磁平臺設計和仿真；
  2. Adopt the electromagnetic design to fulfill different application and parameter optimization調整電磁設計滿足不同應用要求和參數優(yōu)化；
  3. Based on motor performance/characteristic electromagnetic simulation result / type test result to do failure analysis, and related improvement measures. 基于電機性能/特性的電磁仿真結果/型式試驗結果進行失效分析并提出相應的改善措施。
What do I need to qualify for this job?
  1. Familiar with related electromagnetic simulation tools.(e.g Maxwell, CFD, Simocalc…) .精通相關電磁仿真工具（如Maxwell, CFD，Simocalc）；
  2. 5+ years motor electromagnetic design experiences will be preferred . 5年以上電機電磁設計經驗優(yōu)先；
  3. Master or above degree .碩士及以上學歷 ；
  4. Prefer to be expert in motor insulation system.精通電機絕緣系統(tǒng)設計；
  5. Be expert in motor design concept, Independ or join the series product platform design.電機設計原理，獨立完成或參加過平臺電磁開發(fā)；
  6. Be familiar with domestic and overseas motor product standard.熟悉國內外電機及產品的相關標準；
  7. Have unique comprehend of motor or with doctor degree in motor related area could be exception.對電機有獨到理解或電機相關專業(yè)博士學位可以放寬要求；
  8. Permanent magnet synchronous motor related experience will be preferred.有永磁同步電機相關背景優(yōu)先。
What else do I need to know? 1. Major in Motor / electrical engineering will be preferred .電機/電氣工程專業(yè)優(yōu)先 2. Good English written and spoken will be preferred. 良好的英語聽說讀寫能力優(yōu)先
